Terms & Conditions

By booking a service with Saint Artistry (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Bookings & Deposits

    • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied to the final balance.

    • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

  2. Payments

    • Full payment is required on or before the day of your appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    • Bridal bookings require full payment no later than four (4) weeks prior to the wedding date.

  3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

    • Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment will result in the full service fee being charged.

    • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

  4. Client Responsibilities

    • Clients must arrive with clean skin and/or hair unless otherwise instructed.

    • Please advise us of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or concerns prior to your appointment.

    • Suitable working space must be provided for mobile services (not in bathrooms or wet areas).

  5. Photography & Content

    • We may take photos or videos of our work for portfolio and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify us before your service begins.

  6. Liability

    • We take the utmost care with all products and services provided. However, we are not liable for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or issues arising from failure to disclose relevant information.

    • We are not responsible for the condition or longevity of results where aftercare instructions are not followed.

  7. Punctuality

    • Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service, and the full fee will still apply.

    • For mobile services, we require parking access. Any associated fees may be added to your total.

  8. Service Refusal

    • We reserve the right to refuse service if a client displays inappropriate, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour, or if conditions are unsuitable for the service to be carried out safely.
