Terms & Conditions
By booking a service with Saint Artistry (“we”, “our”, “us”), you (“the Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking Summary (Quick Overview)
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings
• Bridal balances are due four (4) weeks prior to the wedding date
• Deposits are strictly non-refundable
• Suitable working conditions must be provided for mobile services
• We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or inappropriate circumstances
1. Bookings & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Deposits are applied toward the final balance.
For bridal bookings, the deposit secures your wedding date exclusively and covers administrative planning, communication, scheduling and preparation time.
2. Payments
For standard appointments, full payment is required on or before the day of your service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For bridal bookings, full payment of the remaining balance is due no later than four (4) weeks prior to the wedding date.
Failure to make final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services.
3. Bridal Specific Terms
3.1 Trials
Bridal trials are recommended but not mandatory. Trials are subject to availability and are booked separately from the wedding date.
Trial fees are payable at the time of the appointment.
3.2 Changes to Services
Any changes to bridal party numbers or services must be confirmed in writing.
Reductions in services within four (4) weeks of the wedding date may still incur full charges due to scheduling commitments.
3.3 Wedding Day Schedule
Clients agree to adhere to the agreed schedule. Delays may impact the completion time of services.
We are not responsible for delays caused by late arrivals, unavailable clients, or external vendors.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
For non-bridal services, cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment will result in the full service fee being charged.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
For bridal bookings, cancellation within four (4) weeks of the wedding date will result in the full balance being payable.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must arrive with clean skin and/or hair unless otherwise instructed.
All allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions or skin concerns must be disclosed prior to the appointment.
For mobile services, a suitable working space must be provided. This includes:
• A clean, dry, well-lit area
• Access to power if required
• A table or bench space
• No bathrooms or wet areas
Parking must be accessible for mobile bookings. Any parking or venue access fees may be added to the final invoice.
6. Photography & Marketing
We may take photographs and/or videos of our work for portfolio, website, social media and marketing purposes.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify us prior to the commencement of your service.
7. Liability & Aftercare
We take the utmost care in the application of all products and services.
Saint Artistry is not liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities or complications arising from failure to disclose relevant medical or skin information.
We are not responsible for the longevity or condition of results where aftercare advice is not followed.
8. Damage to Property
Clients are responsible for any damage caused to equipment, products or property due to negligence, misuse or unsafe conditions during the service.
9. Punctuality
Clients must be ready at their scheduled appointment time.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service, and the full fee will still apply.
10. Respect & Safe Working Environment
We are committed to providing a calm, professional and supportive environment.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a client or guest displays inappropriate, aggressive or unsafe behaviour, or if conditions are unsuitable for the service to be performed safely.
In such cases, payments made will not be refunded.
