Refund Policy

At Saint Artistry, every service and product is delivered with care and intention to provide you with the best possible experience. We kindly ask that you read our refund policy before booking or purchasing.

Services

  • Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your booking and cover the time allocated exclusively for you.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so we can accommodate you. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not available for services once they have been provided. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know during your appointment so we can make adjustments where possible.

Wedding & Bridal Services

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding booking.

  • Final balance is due 4 weeks prior to your wedding day.

  • Cancellations: If you cancel with more than 2 weeks’ notice, your payment (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 2 weeks of your wedding date will result in the full payment being forfeited.

  • Reduced Numbers: After the final balance has been paid, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued if the bridal party size decreases (e.g., bridesmaids, mothers of the bride/groom).

  • Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate changes, however rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

Products

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

  • Faulty/Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund as required by Australian Consumer Law.

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase.
